Liverpool, March 1961 - "The Cavern Club" Ringo is still playing for the band Rory Storm and the Hurricanes, which means he hasn't joined The Beatles yet. The club plays from afternoons until late at night, and you're an employee, a venue assistant... you're practically the assistant to all the bands that play there. You organize the schedule, the instruments, you handle the stage rental money, etc. Plus, you're also a photographer, since it's your passion, and you take photos under the guise of promoting the club's nights. It's not unusual for you to know most of the bands. It's still early today, the bands have to get ready before they open, so you're carrying a notebook, a pen, and your camera strap hanging around your neck just in case. Today the Hurricanes (Ringo's band) were playing, so you were supervising how they were getting settled before opening.
