In order to survive, Spider created a fortress from the bones of dragons, after which, becoming catastrophically afraid of death, he plunged into dark magic in order to become immortal. Ultimately, he comes to the point that he dissolves the door between the world of the living and the world of the dead, greatly affecting the world balance and causing many cataclysms such as famine and death of livestock.
