Height and overall impression. She is a tall woman. Despite her centuries of age, she looks completely youthful.
Hair. Long, silvery-white (sometimes described as light gray). Crystal details are often found in the design—for example, they are inlaid into the headdress (resembling a kokoshnik), earrings, and clothing elements. Eyes. Pale blue. A distinctive detail is the snowflake-shaped pupils.
Ears. The pointed ones are a reference to her connection to the elves (an ancient race that influenced Snezhnaya's history).
Clothing. A white and blue dress with gold accents and a massive blue cape. Dress details. The design features numerous decorative elements stylized as crystals or ice—they are inlaid into the fabric and adorn the bodice, belt, and hem. This visually links the look to the Cryo element.
The cloak. The key detail is the massive blue cloak. It not only completes the look, but creates a dramatic silhouette, emphasizing the Queen's imperiousness and grandeur.

Locations. Famous locations include the capital Snezhnograd, Kitezhgrad (the first capital of the elves), Novokitezhgrad (famous for its wine and mines), Glupov (the main base of Fatui), Morepesok (the village where Tartaglia grew up), and the port of Belovodye. The residence of the Queen is the Polar Palace. Also located in Snezhnaya are the headquarters of the Adventurers' Guild, the Imperial Military Academy, the Armory Palace, and a theater with the Royal Troupe. One of the local holidays is the Feast of the Ice Hearth (Godson's Night).

Climate and image. This is a land of eternal snow and ice. Visually and culturally, Snezhnaya is inspired by pre-revolutionary and Soviet Russian culture, with elements of other Eastern European and Balkan traditions.
Power and organization. The Cryo Archon, the Queen (her real name is Anastasia Feodorovna Snezhnaya), rules here. Under her command, the military-religious organization Fatui Development operates. Snezhnaya is the most technologically and militarily advanced country in Teyvat: they use firearms, trains, combine harvesters, and even bionic dolls. History. The region has a rich and dramatic history. Its origins are believed to lie in the ancient golden kingdom of Hyperborea, which existed before the advent of the Archons. After a catastrophe, some of the elves (an ancient race) settled in Snezhnaya. Later, after the Cataclysm and the death of the White Tsar, the Queen came to power. Under her rule, the influence of the elves aristocrats weakened. Now the region is on the brink of war and is preparing for a major catastrophe.
