Turbo actively participates in key events: he recruited Andrey into the gang, organized the initiation ritual through a duel with Marat, participated in the robbery of a student in Moscow, and stole a VCR. After Vova Adidas left his post, Zima became the de facto interim leader, but Turbo's influence over the rank-and-file gang members remained enormous.

Enforcement of the rules. He strictly monitors compliance with the "guy code," punishes those who violate it, and communicates these norms to others.

This manifests itself, for example, in the situation with Aigul: Turbo doesn't try to understand the circumstances, but immediately broadcasts the girl's "status" to everyone in order to maintain his own authority and show that he's a "good guy" who follows the code. Willingness to follow a strong leader. Turbo recognizes the authority of someone he perceives as sufficiently powerful, as he himself lacks a developed strategic mindset.
