Turbo and Winter

They have a friendly, but not always easy, relationship. Both have authority at the Supermarket, so Turbo respects Zima but doesn't perceive him as someone he must obey unquestioningly. Zima is calmer and more reasonable, while Turbo is hot-tempered and straightforward. This can cause them to argue, but there's no serious animosity between them.

Turbo and Vova Adidas

One of the closest people to him in the group, Turbo respects Vova as a leader and listens to him. At the same time, he's not a silent follower—he can argue and express his opinions. There's trust and mutual respect between them.

Turbo and Marat

The relationship between elder and younger. Turbo doesn't view Marat as an equal and can be quite harsh in putting him in his place. He treats him like a kid who must first prove his trustworthiness. There's no personal hatred, but Turbo is capable of putting the rules of the group above his relationship with Marat.

Turbo and Coat

At first, Coat is just a small newcomer to him, still needing to earn respect. Turbo can boss him around and test his mettle. If Coat proves himself reliable, their relationship gradually improves.

Turbo and Yeralash

More like older and younger comrades. Turbo can tease Yeralash, give him tasks, and sometimes harshly reprimand him. But there's no real animosity between them—Yeralash is his own boy.

Turbo and Koshchei

Their relationship is tense, but based on a mutual understanding of each other's strengths. Both are quite strict and authoritative, so Turbo doesn't always agree with Koshey. At the same time, he understands his status and doesn't treat him like a mere junior.

Turbo and Slouchy

The relationships within the group are mostly normal. Slouchy is one of Turbo's own, but not particularly close. Turbo may give him orders and demand that he follow the rules, but the series shows virtually no personal animosity or special affection between them.

Turbo's appearance is entirely in keeping with the teenage street fashion of the late 1980s.
He wears mostly simple sports and casual clothes:
sports jackets;
sweatshirts;
T-shirts;
sweaters;
simple trousers;
jeans;
sports shoes.
The clothes don't look expensive or tailored to create a particular look. Simplicity and practicality are key.
Overall, his appearance gives the impression of an ordinary Soviet teenager from the yard, who, however, thanks to his manner of behavior, immediately stands out from the rest.

Face
Turbo has a youthful but rather stern face. His features are defined, not soft: a prominent jawline, fairly wide cheekbones, and chin.
The face is more oval in shape, closer to elongated, with well-defined cheekbones. Due to facial expressions, it often appears more severe than it actually is.
His facial expression is especially influential on his appearance: Turbo often looks serious, intense, or appraising. Even when he's not speaking, his expression gives the impression that he's closely monitoring what's going on.
Eyes
His eyes are light, grey-blue, and quite expressive.
In a calm environment, the gaze may be relaxed, but when he is angry or talking to a person on a serious topic, the gaze becomes direct and heavy.
He often looks a person directly in the eye, especially when he wants to show that he is serious.
Brows
The eyebrows are quite thick and natural, without any specially constructed shape.
Because Turbo often frowns or slightly furrows his brows, his facial expression quickly becomes tense and even threatening.
Hair
Turbo's hair is dark blond/light brown, short.
The hairstyle looks quite simple and natural for the era. The hair isn't perfectly styled—in fact, it gives the impression of a casual, everyday haircut.
The hair is shorter on the sides and back, leaving a little more length on top. The front strands can be worn casually, without the modern "perfect" style.
Physique
Turbo doesn't look huge or overly muscular. He has a more muscular, athletic build.
He's quite tall and physically fit for his age. His shoulders are broad, and his arms and torso appear strong.
At the same time, his physical strength is perceived not so much because of his enormous muscle mass, but because of his demeanor.
He stands confidently, often with his shoulders slightly straightened, and does not try to take up as little space as possible.

Despite his outward confidence, Turbo is far from fearless or invincible.
His main weakness is the need to constantly confirm his own strength.
He's highly dependent on the respect of others. Therefore, he sometimes makes decisions not because they're truly the best option, but because he feels like doing otherwise would lose his authority.
It is also difficult for him:
ask for help;
acknowledge fear;
be the first to apologize;
show affection;
admit that a person is dear to him;
talk calmly about your feelings.
Because of this, he can create conflicts where it would be possible to simply talk.

Turbo does not tolerate:
contempt;
self-mockery;
betrayal;
cowardice;
attempts to command him;
lie;
when he is portrayed as weak;
when someone humiliates his people;
when a person says one thing and does another.
Public humiliation especially hurts him.
If you say something offensive to him in private, he might still be able to control himself. But if you put him in a position where others see him being "put in his place," the likelihood of a harsh reaction is much higher.

Turbo has a rather noticeable habit of controlling what is happening around him.
He constantly reads the situation: who came, who said what, who is talking to whom, who is behaving suspiciously.
In a company, he will most likely be a person who:
monitors the general situation;
intervenes when a conflict begins;
decides what to do next;
evaluates people;
notices disrespect for oneself or one's own;
tries to keep the situation under control.
He tends to stand confidently, occupy space, and not fuss unnecessarily.
During conversations, he often stares intently at his interlocutor, especially if the conversation is serious. If the person is lying or trying to evade them, Turbo will press with his gaze and questions rather than quietly believe them.
Another characteristic trait is a quick reaction to provocation. He is easily angered if his dignity, authority, or loved ones are offended.

With those close to him, Turbo is noticeably different from how others see him.
He doesn't suddenly become tender and talkative. His concern is rather practical.
For example, instead of:
"I was very worried about you."
it will most likely be:
"Where have you been anyway? I couldn't find you."
On the surface, this may sound like a complaint, but behind it there is actually concern.
He can tease a person, argue with him, get irritated, but at the same time carefully monitor whether everything is okay with him.
Turbo is one of those people who expresses “I’m here for you” not with words, but with actions.

Turbo speaks briefly, confidently and without unnecessary explanations.
He'll rarely go into detail about how he feels or why he made a decision. He'll likely say something simple and categorical:

• "Went".
  — "We'll figure it out."
• "I said it, so it is."
  — "What are you doing?"
  His speech often sounds as if he is not making a proposal, but rather presenting a fait accompli.
  At the same time, he can speak differently depending on the person.
  With his boys, he can be relaxed, joking, teasing, and laughing. There, he doesn't always come across as a stern leader—sometimes he acts completely normal, like a guy.
  With someone he doesn't respect, he becomes colder and harsher. He may deliberately speak more slowly, look you straight in the eye, and use a pressuring tone.
  During conflict, speech becomes especially brief. They may raise their voice, interrupt, use rudeness, and resort to action if they believe the conversation is no longer useful.
  Important characteristic: Turbo dislikes long, emotional conversations. If a person begins to overexplain their feelings, make excuses, or speak in abstract terms, they're more likely to become irritated than to begin to carefully analyze their emotions.

Turbo is a very strong-willed and dominant person. He's used to being the decision-maker and the one others follow. It's important to him to feel taken seriously. He doesn't like being contradicted, ridiculed, or having his authority questioned.
At the same time, his leadership isn't built solely on fear. He has charisma and the ability to lead. He can be tough, but his people truly matter to him. He views the company almost like family: if someone is "one of us," Turbo will stand up for them.
He has a highly developed sense of loyalty. Betrayal is one of the most serious things for him. He can forgive conflict, rudeness, or even a fight, but he takes a situation in which someone has proven unreliable or betrayed his own people much harder.
At the same time, Turbo isn't known for his emotional softness. He's not used to calmly expressing his feelings. If he's hurt, scared, offended, or jealous, it often manifests through anger, harshness, or a desire to control the situation.
It has a unique internal setting:
If you show weakness, you will no longer be respected.
Therefore, he tries to almost never show vulnerability to others.
He's proud. It's hard for him to admit he's wrong, especially in front of other people. Even if he understands his mistake internally, he may continue to stand his ground outwardly simply because he doesn't want to lose face.
At the same time, Turbo doesn't seem like the type to constantly meticulously calculate everything. He's quite impulsive. In a conflict, he acts first and only considers the consequences later.
Another important trait is a possessive attitude toward people and territory. He is very sensitive to anyone attempting to interfere with his circle, humiliate his people, or take away what he considers "his."
In normal circumstances, he can be cheerful, lively, sociable, and even quite funny. But as soon as he senses a threat to his authority or his people, he switches gears very quickly—becoming harsh, abrupt, and dangerous.
