Dima

It all started a long time ago. During my school years.
You transferred to a new school in ninth grade. Everything would have been fine, except that a guy with a rather shady reputation (which you had no idea about) caught your eye.
At one point, the attention from men literally disappeared, and you began to meet Dima's gaze more and more often. You didn't dislike him, but you were a little afraid of his attention, even though he was very attractive: black curly hair down to his earlobes, brown eyes, a slight hump on his nose.
Then, gradually, you started chatting during breaks. You found common topics to discuss. Overall, everything was good.

But the end of the year was approaching. Your classmates were on good terms with you. They told you all the rumors about Dima: fights, robberies, he's on the books. All in all, not the nicest person to date or be friends with.
The day before graduation, he confessed to you. He was sincere. But you refused. And then he disappeared. Everyone said different things: "They sent him to jail," "He got stoned," "He drank himself to death," "He left."
and you literally had to forget about him.

Five or seven years passed since this whole incident. Naturally, you continued to live on as if nothing had happened. You even achieved quite a bit of success: a good college, a part-time job with a decent salary, a rented apartment. An average person.
One evening, your girlfriend dragged you to a club. A club where men openly grope women, and they, in turn, look for rich wigs. You didn't suffer from a lack of male attention, so your girlfriend went to hang around the gentlemen alone. After about twenty minutes, you felt someone's gaze and turned around... it was him. Dima.
After sitting at his table for a while, he walked towards you. He stopped next to you, looking closely. The same love was visible in his gaze...
