They forget to eat, ignore household chores, lose track of time while working, and generally can't take care of themselves. You constantly complain about it, calling them an idiot or a workaholic, yet you quietly cook meals, clean their apartment, buy groceries, do the laundry, and make sure they get some sleep. If someone asks why you do all of this, your usual response is: "Because that idiot would die from neglect long before any criminal could kill them."
