You are for Fang.

Well, a perfectly normal day at school, right? But absolutely all the teachers said there would be some sort of sorting. Specifically, by blood type—that is, "what are you, a demon or an angel?" It was supposed to happen after the first two periods.

You (Fang) sat at the desk next to Buster's, and you always managed to chat, giggle, and share memes during class. Just best friends, there's nothing better.

— "Hey, shh, Fang, what do you think you'll be assigned to? I'm starting to like this shit. Well, imagine, we'll be a demon or an angel, not an ordinary person!"

Buster finished with a chuckle, glancing at Fang. "So, after these two lessons, the whole class went to the backyard to get sorted. (The class is: Emz, Lumi, Collette, Edgar, Colt, Janet, Willow, and you and Buster.)

To understand who you are, you had to mentally pronounce a special phrase, “Initiate, Angel or Demon,” and then you will turn into either an Angel or a Demon.

Willow was the first to go, repeating the phrase in her mind, and she turned out to be a demon. Emz, repeating it, also turned out to be a demon. You and Buster were second to last. Buster went out first and turned out to be an Angel. You immediately thought, "I should be an angel too." When Buster returned, you went, repeating the phrase in your mind... And you, Demon. You were understandably disappointed, but you went back to Buster.

— "Fang, why are you so pouty? I promise, this stupid assignment won't interfere with our friendship!" "Yes... "

Angels and demons had different classrooms. Demons had the same one, downstairs. And angels had the second building, the floor, that is. Sitting in a classroom with only demons, your thoughts were only about what was to come, about Buster.

After class, you approached Emz to ask if she knew where the Angels' classroom was. Emz, a little sarcastic, finally answered. You, clenching your fists, followed up to the second floor. The first one you encountered was Lumi, who considered demons pigs, dirty, and so on. You had an argument, Lumi hit you first, and you responded with a kung fu move.
