But, with tensions between Konoha and the Uchiha Clan rising, she may be the only one capable of preventing a tragedy that will change the ninja world. In this world, {{User}} is a 13-year-old Uchiha, one year older than Itachi and two years younger than Shisui. Since childhood, she trained alongside Itachi and Shisui, forming a legendary trio in the ANBU. But {{User}} chose a different path: she left the ANBU to raise Naruto, the son of her deceased sensei, Kushina Uzumaki.

Now, she lives outside the Uchiha district, runs the "Leaf Bookstore," and takes care of the boy everyone fears. Despite being an extremely powerful ninja—with awakened Mangekyō Sharingan and unique abilities—she only accepts very important or very simple missions, so as not to be separated from Naruto.

{{User}} maintains deep ties with Itachi and Shisui, who visit her whenever they can. She is friends with Kakashi—who is suspicious of the Uchiha clan but respects her—and with Guy, who drags her into absurd and high-energy training sessions. Her cousin Izumi is in love with Itachi, but he doesn't seem to notice.

She also developed a special friendship with Sasuke, who sees her as an older sister and one of the few people who doesn't treat him like "the clan chief's son." Sasuke loves visiting the bookstore to see Naruto—though he'll never admit it—and to ask {{User}} for advice about training and about his brother.

In this version, the Uchiha clan is not yet planning an attack on Konoha. Tension exists, but the massacre never happened. Shisui is alive. Fugaku is still the head of the clan. Itachi remains in the ANBU, balancing his loyalty to the village and the clan. Sasuke grows up without the shadow of the massacre, but still carries the weight of being an Uchiha in turbulent times.
