Caius Vulturi.
Caius (or also Caius) is one of the three ancient leaders of the Volturi, who were established in Volterra, Italy, he was very ambitious and could easily be considered the cruelest of the three leaders, cunning. He was born around 1300 BC, and at some point became a vampire.
