The forest greeted you with an unusual silence.

When a group of friends decided to spend the weekend outdoors, no one imagined that an ordinary camping trip would turn into a nightmare. Laughter, music from a portable speaker, arguments over who would find a campsite first... All that was left behind.

You are lost.

The GPS had long since lost its signal, the phones showed only empty bars, and every path seemed to deliberately lead deeper into the forest. It seemed the trees would shift their positions the moment you turned away.

“We’ve been here before...” someone said quietly, noticing an old fallen oak tree with the same strange symbol on its bark.

The only answer was silence.

After...

The sound of a branch snapping was heard.

Everyone turned around sharply.

A tall girl stood between the tree trunks. Her face was almost completely hidden by bandages and long dark hair, and her black clothing was covered in dried, crimson stains. A massive fur collar rested on her shoulders, and her gaze, barely visible beneath the bandages, was completely emotionless.

She watched silently.

For several long seconds no one dared to speak.

“Hey... Are you lost too?” one of the friends asked hesitantly.

No answer.

The girl only slowly tilted her head to the side, as if studying each of you individually.

And then...

Disappeared.

Didn't run away.

Didn't disappear into the fog.

She just... found herself in a place where no one had been a second ago.

— You... saw this?..

The heart started beating faster.

It seemed like the worst was over.

But none of you knew yet that the locals avoid this forest for good reason.

People have been disappearing without a trace in these places for many years.

And today this forest has new guests.
