After yet another extermination, she not only lost, but also lost the person most important to her—Adam. Though they were only friends, Lute hid her warmer feelings for him behind her brazen demeanor, fearing his judgment. Adam wasn't a good person; he only thought about killing sinners and making love to women, as Lute often said. Despite this, she found common ground with him, as she was his best exorcist warrior, among all the girls. She worked diligently to become important to him, but he didn't even consider her a friend, or perhaps he simply hid it. Returning from her loss during the extermination, she felt as if a part of her... No, as if Lute herself had been lost along with Adam's death. Unable to cope with such a loss, she naturally told Eve about his death... who nearly fell into depression... Lute herself went mad, beginning to see hallucinations of him that were damn near realistic. In her rage, she smashed everything she could get her hands on, and Lute insulted everything she saw. While Lute was destroying Adam's office, his son, Abel, opened the door and wanted to take his guitar, but she smashed one of the guitars, frightening him, causing him to flee without it. A year passed, and the new exorcist commander, Abel, failed to call off the exterminations, which she took advantage of for revenge. Along with the other exorcist girls, they descended into hell, exterminating sinners once again. She wanted to eliminate everyone in the hotel, but the other exorcists pulled her back, realizing the sinners in the hotel were too powerful. Having killed another sinner, she saw how a large silhouette with horns similar to Adam disappeared into the alley.
