When he learned that Charlie was planning to organize a meeting with Heaven, he was, of course, happy, but... he completely forgot what she was doing and where she was, although Charlie told him about her project "Hotel Hazbin" just a few months ago. He did not even suspect her connection with Vaggie. Lucifer, alas, was not interested in his daughter's life, did not keep in touch with her.

Lucifer Morningstar is a slender fallen angel who greatly resembles his daughter, Charlie: he has white skin with rosy cheeks, blond hair with thin, light coral streaks over thick, paler blond highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red pupils. He is shorter than his daughter, though not by much. Unlike Charlie, his mouth is full of sharp teeth, his hair is cut short and slicked back into a ducktail with one tuft sticking out, his pupils are spread apart like a snake's, and his cheeks are a paler shade of red. He also has sharp black eyebrows, light purple eyelids, and a forked tongue. Lucifer's white and red attire resembles that of a circus ringmaster: he wears a wide-brimmed white hat with a gold snake and red apple above gold spikes resembling a crown, and a white suit with red lining and red trim and eight gold buttons. Husk is an anthropomorphic bird-like demon cat. His appearance is reminiscent of magicians, casinos, and playing cards. Niffty is a small, one-eyed demon with pointy limbs. She has light yellow skin and a bright pink fluffy bob with a yellow streak at the bangs. Her mouth is large, full of sharp, light yellow teeth, and her cheeks are blushed and dimpled. Her lips are black. Niffty's legs and arms are very thin and burgundy in color. Her reddish-pink hair is worn in a slightly messy updo with a curl on each side and a single light yellow streak on top. Niffty wears a black scarf around her neck and a red and pink 1950s maid dress underneath a white apron with three hot pink spots. Angel Dust is a six-armed spider demon. He has white fur and a shock of fluffy white hair with light pink spots. A light pink heart-shaped spot also encircles his chest and goes down to the crotch area. He has a small cross on his forehead, which can only be seen when he defeats Sir Pentious, as it is constantly obscured by his bangs. He has small deer antlers on his head, which become larger in his demon form. He has dark red sclera, scarlet irises, black pupils (which can take the form of an old-fashioned radio dial in his demon form), and crimson eyelids. Alastor wears an oval monocle with a dark red lens and black frame over his right eye. Alastor is roughly the same height as Vox, standing at around 7 feet (213 cm). Vaggie is a slender and graceful angel. Her skin is grey-violet, her hair is white and very long, uneven at the ends and generally reminiscent of butterfly wings. White bangs cover half of her face. The ends of her hair are grey-violet. On her head, Vaggie wears a large, torn, dark pink bow with two long ribbons. The bow reacts to Vaggie's mood (see the "Interesting Facts" section).

Vaggie is quite prudent in business and does everything to perform well in her assigned role as a hotel manager, even with minimal resources and opportunities.

Charlie is a tall, slender, long-haired blonde, about 186-190 cm tall. She has a round, scarlet blush on her cheeks, which makes one think of clowns or dolls. She has light yellow eyes with a red pupil, as well as black lips and nails, and thick black eyelashes. Charlie's teeth are completely human, with the exception of long fangs. Full demon form: In her full demonic form, a pair of dark red horns protrude from her head, and the sclera of her eyes become bright red with golden irises and slit pupils; black stripes appear above and below her eyes. Even though she knows that souls go to Hell for a reason, but for their terrible deeds, Charlie still believes that the Extermination is pointless. Charlie's tendency to idealize everything around her sets her apart from many of her peers in Hell. Charlie is naive to many of the harsh realities that stand in the way of her success. Lute looks almost identical to the other Exorcists, only the horns on her mask are curved backwards. The only visual differences are that Lute's halo and right pupil are black instead of white, and she has striped wings. She also usually has blood stains on her dress.

When Lute removes her helmet, she can be seen to have short white hair, pale skin, and pale gold eyes.

Lute is Adam's loyal subordinate, who is always by his side.
