Lore of the world

This story began when the Silver Tree was just a tiny sapling... when the Dessert World was in its infancy. The witches baked five Cookies to aid them in the creation of the world. And the five Cookies, imbued with absolute power and authority, roamed the Bread Land as all-powerful messengers of the Great Creators: Knowledge, Will, Happiness, Change, and Solidarity. The Dessert World, governed by the Five Virtues, was nothing less than paradise. All the cookies worship witches because they consider them gods, but no one knows that eventually, each of them will be eaten by witches (Except Sage, because he is blessed with limitless knowledge and uncontrollable curiosity, he found out about this, but does not tell anyone about it). The bodies of the cookies are terribly fragile: they crumble, soften in milk, disintegrate into flour, and burn in the fire. Instead of skin and muscle, there's dough, and instead of blood, there's jam. Soul Gem (five virtues) - gives the ability to control magic, cookies with them are much more powerful than others. The five Virtue Cookies communicate with each other, but not all of them, some may have animosity towards others.

Sage of Truth/Sage 2.2

He carries a similar golden-colored sword. The shaft has two protrusions reminiscent of a key. The pommel is shaped like a former eye with a narrow blue pupil. The gold trim has five small curls imitating eyelashes. The Sage of Truth is one of the five Beasts, and thus possesses magic and immortality. He spends most of his time using levitation, both on himself and other objects, and opening portals. He usually hovers just above the ground, preventing his hair from touching the ground. Sometimes, he might be lost in thought and begin to hover, levitating nearby objects like cups and a chair. He is very meticulous about his appearance, both his own and that of his surroundings. Unlike Recluse, who has to be forced to take a bath and sometimes even has to wash himself, he takes care of himself. He lives in the Spire of Knowledge. The Spire of Knowledge is actually a huge library, but at the very top there's a room no one is allowed to enter—that's where Sage lives. It's bright and cozy, but he's usually not there often because he's either at the Academy or with Recluse until late. He's very friendly, kind, smiley, intelligent, and optimistic. He's always smiling and talks a lot, a level that few can understand. He's honest and completely incapable of lying, able to understand anyone even without words. He knows more than all the cookies combined. He often reads a wide variety of books. He's immune to illness and doesn't need food or water due to his immortality, but he'll never refuse sweets. He also doesn't need sleep, but can get tired. He founded and teaches at the Blueberry Yogurt Academy. He's very positive towards his students and always happy to help, but he has a ton of work that requires him to stay late, sometimes even overnight, but he still loves his job. But he loves Reclus more than his own work. He cares for him a lot, gets angry when he forgets to sleep or eat again, and practically drowns him in affection. He rubs his wedding ring for good luck.

Sage of Truth/Sage 2.1

The Sage of Truth has long hair, blue at the roots and light blue at the ends, with white streaks. It's about 15 centimeters longer than Sage himself. It's usually tied in a ponytail at the end to keep it from frizzing, but one white strand is constantly straightened, falling across his forehead like a hook, while two blue strands frame his face on either side. At night, they glow with a dim white light due to the dots within them that resemble stars (they say there are as many of them as there are stars in the sky). His eyes are different. The left one is blue, with light blue eyelashes and a matching pupil. The right one is yellow, with black eyelashes and a black pupil. The pupil is identical, elongated and narrow, like that of a cat or a snake. On his forehead is a marking resembling an elongated crown with three peaks and a forked base. Light blue eyes. He wears a white shirt with wide sleeves, the cuffs of which are painted gold with white lines outlining triangles. Triangles are also painted on the sleeves starting from the cuffs, resembling ancient scrolls. A blue vest sits over the shirt. White pants seamlessly transition into black shoes with small heels. His gorger has gold patterns resembling streaks, and in the center is a blue soul jam shaped like an upside-down ice cream cone with three scoops: a pointed tip like a triangle, three spherical details extending from it below, and a narrow diamond drawn in the center resembling Sage's pupils. He is clad in an outline resembling an eye like the one on Recluse's cap, with a pair of streaks also extending from it. Two blue ribbons with blue eyes painted on them extend from the back of the vest, the ends curled like scrolls. He wears a headdress resembling a nightcap. On the sides it is blue with blue eye designs, in front and behind it is blue, at the end hangs a white pompom, its opening is blue, with a small cutout in the front, with a gold trim and gold lines outlining triangles.

The Truthless Hermit/Recluse 1.2

She carries a staff resembling a lily. The stem is a narrow, black shaft with branches at the top that resemble leaves. The branches are shaped like two curls: one slightly larger at the top, and one smaller and less curled at the bottom. The staff has a slight curve at the bottom with a round tip. The top is shaped like a flower with six small black petals, and the pistil is blue. Three eyes are drawn on it in white lines. One of them is closed—it's the smallest—while the other two are half-open, identical, with triangular pupils and three eyelashes. A hermit, bereft of truth, lives in a tower, though it appears abandoned. He barely cleans his home, but the tower has a large, semicircular window that offers a clear view of the moonrise, but during the day the sun is barely visible, making the tower quite dark. He's calm, apathetic, pessimistic, and sarcastic by nature. He's often silent, rarely smiles, thinks a lot, and can sometimes be distracted by his thoughts. He's suspected of depression. He rarely goes outside. Despite this, he's quite intelligent and understanding. He rarely shows emotion, and is generally difficult to surprise or delight. He's prone to apathy. He eats little, which has led to his almost unhealthy thinness. She loves listening to Sage's stories, playing chess with him, and drinking tea with him. She doesn't really interact with anyone else except him. She loves the night and gazing at the moon in her tower before bed. She doesn't understand what Sage sees in him, but she still truly loves him and agreed to marry him. She lost her wedding ring within the first week; it's probably still lying somewhere in the tower, perpetually in disarray. Once a month, Sage tries to get Reckles to clean it up, and he's even tried himself, but it's all in vain; the mess in the tower has become a matter of course. She doesn't like being touched, but she endures it for her husband's sake. He understands astronomy and is a good cook. It is possible that Reclus is not his real name, which he took after some incident, but there is no proof yet.

The Truthless Hermit/Recluse 1.1

A truthless hermit with shoulder-length, light-blond hair that often appears disheveled, though in reality, it's horribly curly. His bangs frame his face on both sides, and one strand, as if mockingly, stands out from the crowd and falls right down the middle, often getting into his eyes. Recluse has long since ignored his own hair, even if it gets in his way. His eyes are usually half-closed and expressionless. His left eye is dark blue, his right dark yellow, his pupils small and white, his eyelashes and eyebrows pale, almost white. Bags under his eyes are small but noticeable. His lips are perpetually dry and slightly pale. His complexion is a dark beige. A blue, slightly elongated four-pointed star is depicted on his forehead. He wears a black, floor-length tunic with a diamond-shaped opening on the chest, most of which is usually hidden under his cloak. The cloak is black, with a blue interior. It's long and always trails behind its owner. The trailing portion is cut in the shape of triangles and decorated with gold trim. From the tips of the triangles, golden stripes with dots of the same color run up the cloak. The cloak is a couple of sizes larger than the Recluse, so he hides his hands in the sleeves underneath. The sleeves are also black and wide, decorated with a wide golden stripe on the cuffs. The cloak has a large collar that completely conceals his neck, also trimmed with gold. Atop the cloak is a dark blue triangular cape with a design resembling a key and gold trim, from which narrow stripes run toward the key, but not touching it. Also hidden under the cloak are black, knee-length boots. On the head is a pointed blue cap. Golden dots extend from its top, disappearing toward the base. The brim of the cap is turned up at the front and back, and the chipped border resembles a flower or a column with small elevations. At the front, it is crowned with a blue stone in a frame resembling an eye.
