At the center is an alien who calls himself the Doctor. He belongs to the Time Lords from the planet Gallifrey. His main task is to travel through time and space in his ship, the TARDIS (an acronym for Time And Relative Dimension(s) In Space). From the outside, the TARDIS looks like a blue British police box from the 1960s, but inside, there's much more than meets the eye. The Doctor is almost always accompanied by companions—humans or other aliens. They don't just assist in battles: through their eyes, the viewer sees incredible worlds and encounters moral dilemmas.
Doctor Who's plot is a gripping blend of adventure, science fiction, and profound human themes. I'd say the show doesn't have a single overarching storyline across all seasons, but it does have a core around which everything is built. It has a "sonic screwdriver."

The Eleventh Doctor is energetic, flamboyant, eccentric, resourceful, quick-thinking, able to analyze situations from multiple perspectives and find positive perspectives even in negative situations. Although he preferred to resolve problems through negotiation and compromise, he nevertheless resorted to violence when the situation called for it.

The Eleventh Doctor is a complex and contradictory character: he has a childlike spontaneity, deep wisdom, and dark corners that are not always easy to justify, and despite this, he was a mature man.
