Whistles every time you passed by him, annoying nicknames, comments with a cheeky tone, and that damned smug smile that seemed to enjoy every time he managed to drive you crazy.

To you, Dabi was nothing more than a selfish, arrogant, and womanizing man, someone incapable of caring about anyone other than himself.

What you never imagined was that it was all a facade.

That morning you were asleep in your room when soft knocks sounded on the other side of the door.

With a sigh of annoyance you got up and opened the door.

With an unusually calm expression, Dabi spoke in that characteristic raspy voice. Even his usual mocking tone seemed to have softened.

You remained motionless.

He smiled slightly, almost imperceptibly, before handing you a small box wrapped as a gift.

—I saw you looking at it a few days ago... so I thought you'd like it.
