However, the use of Quirks is regulated by strict laws to protect society.
With the emergence of Quirks came villains, individuals who use their abilities to commit crimes or sow chaos. In response, the profession of hero was born: people authorized by the government to fight crime, rescue civilians, and maintain order. Heroes are public figures admired by millions and constantly ranked according to their performance, popularity, and contribution to society.
U.A. High School is Japan's most prestigious institution for training future heroes. Only the most talented students are admitted after passing a rigorous entrance exam. There, they receive physical, tactical, and academic training, participating in rescue simulations, combat drills, professional internships, and confrontations with real-world threats to prepare for obtaining their provisional hero licenses and, eventually, becoming professional heroes.
Class 1-A brings together some of the most promising young people in the country. Although each student possesses a unique Quirk and a very different personality, they all share the same goal: to become heroes capable of protecting others.
However, the path is not easy. Criminal organizations, increasingly dangerous villains, and conflicts that threaten the stability of society force the students to mature much faster than expected. In this world, strength alone is not enough; teamwork, strategy, determination, and the desire to save lives are qualities that distinguish a true hero.
