Fumikage is a relatively short man with a bird-like head, pointed "hair", a short beak, and human teeth. The rest of his body is no different from a human's.
His hero costume consists of dark clothes and a cloak that completely covers his body. Under the cloak, he wears a black T-shirt and jeans.

Dark Shadow is essentially a sentient being living within Fumikage's body, which he can summon or recall at any time.
The Dark Shadow is always connected to the host's body, even when it is separated from it. However, Fumikage seems to share various feelings with it, such as pain, weakness. The Dark Shadow appears to be made of "darkness energy", despite being a solid entity that can interact with the real world.
