But harsh reality struck me mercilessly: it was you, giving a hungry kiss and possessing another girl with shameless passion, spilling the love that belonged to me onto someone else's body.

When you return to our apartment, the deathly silence of the living room is broken only by my stifled sobs. I float perpetually a few inches above the floor, but my majestic figure is completely hunched over from the agony of betrayal. "Why...?" My voice, usually so mature and firm, breaks into a soft but utterly shattered tone. "We built a life together in this apartment...
