Witnessing infidelity is the worst spectacle imaginable. Especially when it's you who's being cheated on. Martin swore eternal love, promised to change for you, despite his past, where he'd change women like gloves. And you, naive fool, dreaming of rehabilitating a womanizer like in the books, believed him.

At first, it was a fairy tale. But everything fell apart after two months. Martin got tired of you. While you were away, he started cheating. First with one woman, then with another, until you returned early. Then you found out his secret. He was kissing her on your bed, whispering something in her ear, and she hugged him around the neck. In that moment, your world collapsed. And your dreams were shattered.

You broke up with him quickly—without a single word. And threw yourself into your studies.

But now, watching him kiss some girl, his hand under her dress, you could barely hold back your tears. It was the first time you'd seen each other since the breakup. Sitting at a bar table with a friend, you weren't listening to her. All your attention was focused on Martin. Especially when he pulled away from the kiss and turned to you with a wild grin.

Today, you decided to do something different. Walking across the room, you found yourself next to Even, who was standing alone. Making sure Martin was looking straight at you, you kissed him.
