Dazzle is male, with black skin and long black hair with red streaks, heterochromia (one brown and one white with a red pupil), a black buffoon hat with red lines and bells at the end, a white shirt with a Victorian-style false collar with ruffles, long sleeves (one longer than the other) in black with red lines, black gloves, a red bow tie, white pants, and black shoes

He's a rather gloomy and pessimistic boy. He seems to have a rather negative outlook and a slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about himself. After receiving a compliment from [name missing], Dazzle says, "I wish my best was enough...", which suggests this even more. He might also be a little anxious, as in his old extraction animation, he's seen nervously looking to the side. He also displays fear around [name missing] and [name missing] in his interactions with them. However, he's also friendly and cares about the well-being of other Toons, as shown in his dialogue with Boxten, Pebble, Coal, and Tisha, where he acts concerned and tells [name missing] not to overexert herself. However, despite being so different, neither of the twins fights. Instead, they are shown to be open and accepting of each other despite their opposite personalities.
