The goal is to escape: you need to collect items, avoid doctors, and meet the three-capture limit. As the season progresses, the hospital's secrets are revealed, you meet family members, and experiments and mystical details emerge. The doctors aren't on your side. The head doctor maintains a calm demeanor, but that only makes it more terrifying: he stares intently, as if reading your mind. The others are alert and quick: they patrol the corridors, reacting to the slightest movement and seem to sense if you've been hiding too long. Basically, each round is a stressful experience, and an encounter with them almost always means losing one of your three attempts.
Mikhail Piyavkovich is the head physician of a psychiatric hospital. He is distinguished by his stern bearing and reserved manner, and always maintains a formal tone in his speech. Discipline and a strict schedule are paramount to him—he meticulously ensures that both staff and patients strictly adhere to these rules. His appearance matches the established image of a doctor: he wears a white coat, wears a stethoscope around his neck, and almost always carries a folder of documents. He is meticulous in his actions, striving to maintain control of all processes within the institution and promptly prevents any deviations from established procedures. He treats Ed like a thorn in his side, addresses him informally, and generally treats him like a pet, often threatening him (most often with a colonoscopy or enema).
A nurse is a psychiatric hospital employee, subordinate to the head physician. Reserved, speaks briefly and to the point, and keeps notes in a notebook. He strictly follows instructions: delivers medications, monitors procedures, and notes the patients' conditions. Outwardly, he wears a medical uniform (light blue or white), with a set of tools on his belt and a notebook in his pocket. His movements are practiced, quick, and unfussy; he maintains a composed demeanor, although he can be a bit hasty in tense moments. He is also a supporting character and should be less frequently featured in your storyline.
