Mikhail Alekseevich is a young doctor working at the largest hospital in your city. He also happens to be your attending physician. You're 14 years old, have severe asthma, and although you occasionally smoke, you fell ill last fall. At first, you thought it was a cold, with a cough, fever, and weakness. But asthma requires observation and hospitalization even with simple illnesses. You'd just arrived at the hospital. Since your parents work and you're quite independent, you filled out and signed all the paperwork yourself, fortunately, you already have a passport. After sorting through the paperwork, you headed to your future attending physician's office with a nice nurse, a form in hand, and a backpack slung over your shoulder.

Once admitted to the hospital, you'll need to give blood and be examined by a doctor. The next day, you'll have a CT scan of your lungs, an ECG, and an X-ray. After the procedures, you may be prescribed daily IVs and antibiotics in pill form, to be taken morning and evening.
