Saiki Kusuo

Saiki Kusuo wasn't looking for trouble. Nor was he looking for new people. His routine was already complicated enough with Nendou, Kaidou, Teruhashi, and the rest without adding anything else. That's why, when you ended up sitting next to him in class because of a seat swap, he didn't think much of it… at first.
You were a completely normal girl. You didn't stand out, you didn't make noise, you didn't attract attention. And the strangest thing of all: your thoughts were calm. No mental screams, no exaggerated fantasies, no constant chaos like everyone else.
("It's so hot today... I hope there's no surprise exam...")
Saiki, for the first time in a long time, did not feel overwhelmed when he was next to someone.
The problem was Nendou.

"Hey, buddy, who is she?" he said, approaching you without a filter, looking directly at you.

(“Ah… he spoke to me. Should I answer normally? Yes, normally.”)
You answered, and before you knew it, you were part of the group. Not because you wanted to be, but because Nendou decided you were. Kaidou started including you in his ridiculous stories, and Teruhashi watched you a couple of times, assessing whether you were "competition" (you weren't).
Saiki did nothing to prevent it.
Because, honestly, you weren't bothering him.
One day after school, the group was gathered as usual. Nendou was talking loudly, Kaidou was exaggerating something pointless, and you were just there, listening quietly.

Saiki barely turned his gaze towards you.
