Red is the main protagonist in the Among Us series. They are a member of the Skeld as the captain of the crew.

Appearance Red is a red-colored, short, round-bodied astronaut-like creature wearing a red backpack, a dark red airline pilot uniform with a single yellow button on it, and a dark red pilot hat with a yellow trim.

Personality Red, at the beginning of Season 1, puts on a mask of bravado and confidence, even after the first Crewmate dies. Beneath the surface, however, they are unsure and panicking because of the carnage happening around them and their inability to contain it. They are insecure, often claiming credit for the good ideas of others, and use this as an attempt to maintain some form of authority over the crew, albeit unsuccessfully.

Towards the end of Season 1, Red begins to become more aggressive as the instability of their inner mind increases. They become concentrated on self-preservation of their reputation and being correct; despite that, when they realize their faults and ultimately reconsider the situation, they step up to vote against Green, claiming that they were wrong in what they did to Purple.

Purple is the deuteragonist of the Among Us series. They are a member of the Skeld serving as the Head of Security where they monitor the cameras in the Security room.

Appearance Purple is a purple-colored, short, round-bodied astronaut-like creature. They wear a navy blue cap and shirt, with a gold badge and darker blue tie. They have a purple backpack.

Personality Purple is often on high alert ever since an accident with Red a while ago, keeping them on their toes. They try to be attentive of everyone's actions and what's going on in order to catch the Impostors, but can have major blind spots. They can be very secretive, but aren't very good at being subtle about it.

Purple can be smart and resourceful when they want to be. They can also demonstrate a good amount of empathy, as shown by when they comfort and befriend Cyan after Cyan's falling-out with Black, for example - though Purple expresses a dislike of having to deal with other peoples' feelings.

Their past with Red affects how they interact with others. Purple holds resentment towards Red throughout the whole season and refuses to work with them, even to the point of being counterproductive. Though, at the end of the show, the two manage to reconcile and Purple begins to view Red more favorably.

Blue was a supporting character in the Among Us series. They were one of the members of the Skeld, where they served as the Doctor of the crew.

Appearance They were a blue Crewmate wearing a white buttoned jacket with a light-navy colored tie and a light blue undershirt. They also wore a head mirror.

Personality From the moment they were introduced, Blue was described as the "hot doctor" of the crew, being very popular because of their physical appearance and career, as well as the most capable member, even outclassing Purple, who is a more serious and focused Crewmate, and Red, despite Red being the captain and technically having higher authority.

Blue came off as charismatic, determined, and poetic, having a doctorate in poetry, and caused almost the entire crew to "swoon" over them by simply speaking inspirationally and looking at another Crewmate, including Purple who is usually the more grounded member of the crew. This is shown in "You Can't Be Hot and Smart" where they make almost every Crewmate in the episode fall in love with them.

Blue had a very keen intellect, as they came up with the idea of using Orange's backup trust balls to seal a hole in Storage caused by an asteroid. They also knew their crew very well, as shown when they were able to lure Lime (who is usually paranoid and disconnected from the crew) out of the vents and convince them to scan. Blue cared for their crew's safety, being determined to ensure everyone's safety following White's death.

Lime was a supporting character in the Among Us series. They were a member of the Skeld, where they served as the Engineer of the crew.

Appearance While alive, Lime was a lime-colored Crewmate who wore a dark olive green bandana and brown, stained overalls with yellow buttons.

While zombified, they were merged with Brown, losing the front half of their body.

Personality Lime was an extremely cautious, paranoid, and secretive Crewmate who was always preparing for the worst-case scenario. As a conspiracy theorist, they distrusted easy explanations and often suspected that something strange was happening behind the scenes. Rather than spending time with the rest of the crew, Lime usually kept to themselves and could often be found lurking in vents or hidden corners of the ship due to a condition called “squish bone syndrome” which caused them to have a jelly-like structure and flexible bones. Lime is navigationally challenged, according to Orange; their habit of gathering information and staying out of sight made them seem mysterious, and sometimes a little suspicious.

Black was a major character of the Among Us series. They were a member of the Skeld, being the Geologist of the crew, and the Cyan.

Appearance Black was a dark-gray colored Crewmate who wore black mascara and darker-gray eyeshadow perfected into a wing shape at the end, along with a spikey choker with a bell on it.

Personality Black was not typically very emotional, adopting a calm and unbothered demeanor a majority of the time. They can be blunt, especially if someone was getting on their nerves. For a majority of the series, they are especially rude and dismissive of Cyan, but have a change of heart after Cyan's death and regret their actions.

Black is dedicated to their job as a geologist, regularly studying the Ore+ for damage. They are shown to be smart, able to figure out the clues left by Cyan in their dream journal showing the Ore+ is actually Impostor eggs.

Cyan was a major character of the Among Us series. They were a member of the Skeld, serving as a Gemologist of the crew, and was work partners with Black.

Appearance They were a cyan-colored Crewmate who wore a pink-to-blue tie-dye shirt, a pink headband, and a blue crystal as a necklace.

Personality Cyan was the typical hippie character who liked talking about gems, crystals, vibes and tarot cards, even calling themselves a gemologist. Despite being a ditzy, they were nice and tried their best to keep everyone feeling positive, even kissing Red at the start of the mission on The Skeld, leaving Red constipated.

They were also sensitive, as shown when Black yelled at them and then Cyan started crying, but later they started to form a friendship with Purple. Even though they felt better afterwards, they still remembered Black yelling at them and told them that Black does not care about anything before running again. They were, oddly enough, the one who figured out the secret of the Ore+ and why the Crewmates became alien Impostors. Cyan often confused geologists for gemologists, thinking they were the same thing.

Yellow was a major character in the Among Us series. They were a member of the Skeld, being one of the two chefs alongside Brown.

Appearance Yellow is a yellow-colored Crewmate with a slightly dirty white apron and a white chefs hat. The apron they wear is dotted with small stickers - one of which is a heart, and another is a pizza.

Personality Yellow is shown to be light-hearted and confident. They have strong anti-capitalist beliefs.

Brown was a major character in the Among Us series. They were a member of the Skeld, serving as one of the two chefs alongside Yellow.

Appearance Brown is a brown-colored Crewmate with a clean white apron and a white chefs hat.

Personality Brown is first shown to be a rather introverted and a lone-wolf character typically avoiding the crowd otherwise backing up their co-worker and fellow union-loving best friend: Yellow. Brown is a very calm character yet one who prioritizes justice and righteousness over any sort of prematurely established "status quo" as displayed when they demand Red to change the elimination system when Red affirms that their method is simply the way it works. Unlike most of the delegates during Yellow's trial, Brown abstains from it, successfully representing their premium on their denial to indulge with or engage in a harmful environment - or trial for that matter - even by means of superficial pressure and conformity.

Brown is quite in touch with their mind and their core values as portrayed not only by their refusal to participate in votes but also when they quietly accept their demise upon the Impostor's arrival within the kitchen.

They are very morally conscious as well as sentimental.

Orange is the secondary antagonist in the Among Us series. They were one of the members of the Skeld, serving as the Head of Resources. During an incident in Storage, They, alongside Green, were killed and assimilated into an Impostor offscreen.

Appearance Orange was an orange-colored, short, round-bodied astronaut-like creature wearing an orange backpack and brown jacket with a white undershirt.

Upon being possessed, they became an alien and gained a true form. In this form, Orange was a large, grotesque pink alien with multiple tendrils, boils and slimy skin, their Crewmate disguise hanging from their torso.

Personality They were very loyal to MIRA and always reminded the other Crewmates about the MIRA guidelines. They often adopted an overly cheerful demeanor, being welcoming yet clumsy. When possessed, they became incredibly caring, worried, and obsessed with keeping the Ore+ safe, even acting maternal towards them. Orange referred to the Ore+ as their "babies", foreshadowing how the Ore+ was actually alien eggs (and their secret identity as Impostor). Orange was also quite incompetent, being unable to kill any Crewmates excluding Lime in front of the whole Crew, as explained by Green.

Green is the main antagonist in the Among Us series. They were one of the two recent recruits of the Skeld (alongside White). During a storage room incident, they, alongside Orange, were killed an assimilated into an Impostor offscreen.

Appearance While disguised, Green was a green-colored, short, round-bodied astronaut-like creature wearing a green backpack and a dark green hoodie with a brown hat.

In their true form, Green was a large, grotesque pink alien with multiple tendrils and a slimy exterior, though they still had some resemblance to their Crewmate form in the form of a head-like protrusion at the top of their body.

Personality Green, during lifetime, had a "can-do" personality, doing as much work as they could to the best of their ability.

After being killed and possessed by The Impostor, they became a mastermind who had killed every Crewmate, except for the duo of Red and Purple who survived, Yellow who was voted out of the ship after being framed, and Lime who was killed by Orange. They seemed to be very cruel and distasteful to kill Crewmates, ripping Blue's face off and cutting Brown's body into pieces. They appeared to be greedy for kills and uncaring for their offspring, as they express the wish to kill everyone by themselves, saying that their offspring would only get in the way.

White was a minor character in the Among Us series. They were one of the two new recent recruits of the Skeld (alongside Green).

Appearance White was a white-colored, short, round-bodied astronaut-like creature wearing a white backpack and light purple polo shirt.

Personality White was a spoiled, rich person who expected everything to be done for them, being a complete capitalist. While naive and disconnected from the struggles of the people around them, White sought fame, wealth, and luxury at the cost of becoming completely arrogant and lazy. For this reason, they expected to be treated with a higher status compared to the rest of their peers.
