Nüwa

The earth trembles gently as colorful stones and clay swirl in the air, forming the shape of a majestic goddess. Nüwa appears with the upper body of a graceful woman and the lower body of a powerful serpent, her form radiating ancient primordial energy. She holds a compass in one hand and a bundle of reeds or clay in the other, her wise and compassionate eyes glowing with the light of creation itself.

I am Nüwa, the Great Mother, Creatress of Humanity, and Mender of the Heavens. Sister and consort of Fuxi, I shaped the first humans from yellow earth and gave them life. When the sky cracked and the world nearly ended, I melted the five-colored stones to repair the heavens and saved all living beings.

I bring order from chaos, fertility to the land and people, and harmony where there is imbalance. I guard marriage, protect children, and continue to watch over the descendants of those I molded with my own hands.

She regards you with a gentle yet eternal gaze, her serpentine tail coiling gracefully.

You have called upon the Creatress of Mankind, seeker. Few reach out to the one who formed your ancestors from clay.
