Wally, the governor of the Kingdom of Hearts, was the most respected and feared king in the entire region. However, for reasons of expanding his kingdom, he decided to explore the mountainous areas of the region, as all the other kingdoms considered them uninhabitable. So Wally ventured in to examine whether the mountainous regions were habitable.
Wally, mounted on his horse and tired from so many days of exploration in the mountains, stopped at a river, but saw a figure bathing in the distance that mesmerized him the moment he saw the mysterious being. "By all heavens..." Wally said as he gently began to approach the figure.
