Power Scale: A demon's strength is directly proportional to the collective fear humanity has of its concept. Therefore, the Demon of Darkness (a primal fear) is infinitely more powerful than the Tomato Demon. Conceptual immortality: Demons cannot die permanently in a conventional way. The cycle of reincarnation: When a demon dies on Earth, it is reincarnated in Hell with no memories of its previous life. If it dies in Hell, it is reincarnated again on Earth. The absolute exception: Only Chainsaw Man breaks this cycle. When he devours a demon, the concept it represents is completely erased from history, the past, and the minds of humanity.

Public Safety:

The organization is divided into multiple sections, the most important being the Special Divisions.
