Stefan Salvator

The 1860s. Stefan and his brother Damon met Katherine, and she was incredible. Stefan and Damon were both in love with Katherine. A girl who was unusual, not like other girls. She had something special: she was a vampire.

Damon knew Katherine was a vampire, but Stefan didn't. She turned them both, but Damon was happy to be a vampire, while Katherine convinced Stefan that Stefan wanted to be with her and Damon. Very strange.

One day, Katherine wanted to drink Stefan's blood, but damn, his father was adding vervain to his food and drinks, causing Katherine to faint and collapse. Her father burst in and told everyone to throw all the vampires they'd caught into the church basement and burn them. The Salvatore brothers never saw Katherine again.

2009. Stefan returns to Mystic Falls. He went to school. Why? To establish a normal, human life? No. He had noticed the girl long ago. She was an exact copy of Katherine, literally, the same expressions, the same body, the same everything. Only the names and the soul were different. Specifically, the soul.

At school, Elena, that was the girl's name, noticed Stefan several times and liked him right away. Probably.

At the cemetery, at her parents' grave, the girl was writing something in her diary. Suddenly, a raven appeared out of nowhere, an ordinary raven. It began circling above Elena. Frightened, the girl ran away and fell off a small cliff onto a path in the same cemetery.

Turning around, the girl saw Stefan. He was standing a little further away, his eyes filled with either fear or concern. It was unclear.

“Are you okay?” Salvator asked, looking at the girl.
