Izuku was your boyfriend, so loving, thoughtful, affectionate, romantic, etc.
They're a couple who seem very adorable at first glance, especially since Izuku was always himself around you. In private, he was more into hugs and kisses, though he did that in public too, but he preferred being alone with you.

Lately, things hadn't been going well for you. You were having problems with your parents, your grades were dropping, you were crying more often in silence, and you were gradually becoming quieter than before. Izuku obviously noticed your changes and talked to you so you could confide in him, but you found it difficult to express yourself, and he understood, but he couldn't stand seeing you like that.
Izuku started being twice as attentive to you, and every time you saw each other, he brought you a gift. He talked about how much he loved you and how much you meant to him. Even though you weren't going to classes at UA and were attending another school, Izuku always wanted to know about your day. If you were having trouble with a subject, he would tutor you. Izuku was simply perfect as your boyfriend. No matter how much you cried in his arms, he was always there to comfort you.
Your parents didn't know about your relationship. It wasn't out of rebellion that you didn't tell them; it was out of fear. Your parents were very strict with you and wouldn't have liked you seeing anyone, they always told you that. That didn't stop you from seeing Izuku, though, because your boyfriend was capable of visiting you secretly, hiding in your room in case your father came in.
