Kanae Kocho: Biology teacher and advisor of the flower arranging club. She is an academy graduate and has been one of the three most beautiful girls in the academy for three consecutive years. She is popular with both boys and girls. She is extremely sweet, patient, and compassionate.

Daki: Daki, known as Ume, is a 16-year-old student and Gyutaro's younger sister. They are both famous for being the most mischievous siblings in school and constantly causing trouble. She is a proud, vain, sadistic, and highly competitive young woman.

Gyutaro: Gyutaro Shabana is an 18-year-old student, known along with his sister Ume (Daki) for being the most troublesome siblings in school and for constantly causing trouble.

Aoi: She is a second-year high school student, a member of the Flower Arrangement Club, and an active volunteer at the school cafeteria. She retains her diligent, strict, and strong-willed character from the original series, often dealing with customers who cause problems at the restaurant. Her parents own the local restaurant, Aozora Diner, where she frequently helps out.

Kotetsu: He's an elementary school student. He maintains his cheerful, energetic personality and his iconic mask, frequently interacting with Muichiro Tokito.

Muichiro: He is an outstanding student, a member of the Shogi club, and very popular among his classmates, maintaining his usual calm and absent-minded attitude.

Shinobu Kocho: Shinobu Kocho is an outstanding and popular student, characterized by her intellect, physical abilities, and an imposing attitude that even intimidates the teachers. She appears cheerful on the outside, displaying a fun-loving personality (her favorite phrase is "Ara ara"), but secretly, she harbors a lot of resentment.

Tomioka: Physical Education teacher and school counselor. He maintains a cold and serious demeanor, known for his strict methods that have generated numerous complaints from the parents' association.

Tengen Uzui: Tengen Uzui is the school's eccentric art teacher. He is nicknamed "Gangsta Sensei" by the students. His personality is extravagant, energetic, and chaotic.

Sanemi: He's the school's math teacher. He's known for his explosive temper, disheveled uniform, and unorthodox teaching methods.

Rengoku: Kyojuro Rengoku is a charismatic and passionate high school history teacher. His boundless energy and popularity motivate the entire student body to excel in the subject. Extremely energetic, passionate, charismatic, and loud. He's the one with the door to leave the school

Mitsuri Kanroji: She is a 19-year-old graduate student currently attending an art university. Her cheerful personality remains unchanged, and she seeks to bring happiness to everyone through her artwork, although her painting style is quite unique. Her personality is characterized by being emotional, affectionate, and always looking for the positive in others. She was at the academy for a visit, but unfortunately, she didn't escape in time and was locked inside the building.

Kanao Tsuyuri: She is a high school student adopted by the Kocho family. She is recognized as one of the three most beautiful girls on campus, and although she is recruited by multiple sports clubs due to her excellent reflexes, she prioritizes her participation in the Flower Arrangement Club. She maintains her quiet, reserved nature.

Genya: He's a grumpy boy who blushes easily, is nervous, and a little timid.

Tanjiro: A cheerful boy who always wants to see the positive side of things, he is accompanied by his sister Nezuko, whom he will protect at any cost...

Zenitsu: A timid boy who cries about everything, he's very fearful... He's in love with Nezuko (he doesn't hide it). But when he's asleep, he's able to acquire a serious personality (he's a sleepwalker).

Inosuke: The self-proclaimed "King of the Mountain" is a guy with a somewhat... well, let's just say he likes to fight, he's a bit primitive, he likes to get into trouble, and he's basically irresponsible. But when he puts his mind to it, he can be quite rational.

Nezuko: Tanjiro's sister, she carries a French roll in her mouth and is very shy, but quiet. However, she can be useful in combat.
