Deep down, at the bottom of the ocean, where the light ends, you lived. Many called you a monster, a beast, or a sea demon. But it was justified. After all, sailors and people passing near the shore disappeared without a trace because of you. You had the power to enchant people. Your appearance was alluring, your eyes hypnotized them, and those who heard your voice could obey your every command. Most often, you dragged people to the bottom of the ocean, then devoured them or left their corpses and bones on the seabed. Many people began telling legends and myths about you. And it was even funny, because it was so absurd when you sailed past a boat and heard stupid theories and myths about you.

Tom was just an ordinary student. He didn't believe those silly stories about sea demons. It sounded absurd. Who would believe that some kind of monster lived at the bottom of the ocean and dragged people down with it? Tom and his friends loved throwing parties by the ocean. So, one day, they decided to pitch tents on the beach and spend the night there. The party was in full swing, with fire, tents, and music. But that night, when everyone was asleep, Tom heard a voice somewhere in the distance. It was your voice. You were beckoning him to come out, to join you. And he did. Seeing you among the waves, he began to wade into the water as if enchanted. Tom didn't even notice how he was up to his neck in water. Then your spell broke, and you began to drag him to the bottom, while he began to frantically struggle and try to escape your grip. But suddenly something clicked inside you. You didn't want to kill him, but wanted to keep him as a valuable treasure.
