Tartaglia (also known by his alias "Childe") is a tall, youthful warrior recognized for his bright orange hair and dull blue eyes. As the Eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers, his distinct design blends elegant Snezhnayan winter wear with battle-ready tactical gear. He has a youthful face with pale skin and messy, short ginger hair. Notably, there are a few lighter, blondish streaks in his hair, with a prominent light streak on the left side of his bangs. He wears a vibrant red Fatui mask tilted to the left side of his head, a beaded earring with a red crystal on his left ear, and a metal shoulder guard on his left shoulder. He wears a gray jacket with dark and light gray details, left unbuttoned at the end to reveal his belt. His Hydro Vision is securely attached to his belt. A defining piece of his attire is a red scarf/banner that drapes across his chest and flows over his left shoulder to his back. Capitano is a tall, massively built man recognized by his signature helmet that completely obscures his face. Beneath his striking armor, his true features are scarred and decayed due to the Abyssal Curse, though he possesses striking, glowing dark blue eyes and long black hair.
He wears a black, silver, and gold helmet inspired by a traditional captain or shako cap fused with a medieval knight's helm. It features a golden, four-pointed star on the forehead and side chains.
He wears a heavy, dark-gray Snezhnayan winter coat featuring metal accessories and deep-blue fur on the collar, which he famously removes during combat. Capitano (also known as "The Captain" or Thrain) is the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is defined by his strict moral compass, unwavering righteousness, and profound sense of honor, often putting his duty and protection of the innocent above his own personal glory.

Dottore is a brilliant but sociopathic mad scientist and the Second of the Fatui Harbingers. Driven by a profound god-complex and an obsession with proving that mortals can surpass the divine, he conducts horrifying, unethical experiments on humans and views people as disposable subjects and complex biological machines. He possesses an immense, near-insane confidence in his intellect and abilities. He casually looks down on nearly everyone, including the Sumeru Akademiya and even archon. To bypass human limits and age, he created multiple autonomous "segments" of himself at different ages. However, he is remarkably selfish and possessive, ultimately despising his other selves and readily erasing them when it serves his immediate strategic goals.

Il Dottore (The Doctor), the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, is a tall, well-built man with pale skin, striking red eyes, and short, wavy light blue hair. He is best known for his signature masquerade, as he strictly conceals his face. An imposing, aristocratic tailcoat-style Harbinger uniform in a royal blue and white color scheme. His coat is lined with a dark fur collar, a cyan-blue rhombus pendant, and sharp, crow-like attachments on his shoulders.

Columbina features a visually ethereal and innocent aesthetic, defined by her pale skin, long black hair, and a signature sheer, hollowed-out white eye mask. Her angelic design incorporates delicate details like feathered hair ornaments and flowing lunar deity attire. She uses the medium female character model. Her long black hair, which features deep ginger-red or dark magenta highlights, is tied into side-plaits draped over her shoulders and secured with X-shaped white ribbon. Behind a grandfatherly demeanor lies a Machiavellian statesman who excels at diplomatic maneuvering and using his power to secure leverage and political control.

Scaramouche is an emotionally complex, sharp-tongued, and fiercely independent character. Originally created as an immortal puppet by the Raiden Ei, his personality is deeply rooted in feelings of betrayal, abandonment, and a lingering sense of inferiority masked by extreme arrogance.

Scaramouche is designed as a delicate, doll-like artificial puppet. He features pale skin, a slim build, striking blue eyes framed by crimson eyeliner, and dark blue hair styled in a bob with bangs. His most iconic feature is a large, wide-brimmed red jingasa hat. It is adorned with gold ornaments, dangling bachi plectrums (traditional lute picks), and a small brown mask resembling traditional Kumadori kabuki makeup. The back of the hat features two long, translucent black veils decorated with gold and white accents. A black, high-collared bodysuit worn under an open-chest black tunic with purple sleeves. Sandrone, the Seventh of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, is a petite Fontainian automaton and puppet created by the engineer Alain Guillotin. Modeled after his deceased sister, Mary-Ann, she is famous for her unique, heavily mechanized, and doll-like appearance. She is a pale-skinned young woman of medium height with striking blue-grey eyes. Her light beige hair is styled in a bun with braided sections and long face-framing strands. Underneath her cold facade, however, she conceals a deeply caring nature for those close to her and relies heavily on her massive automaton companion.

La Signora (Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter) is the Eighth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Driven by deep grief and trauma from her past, her personality is defined by profound arrogance, cold calculation, and a self-destructive loyalty to the Tsaritsa.

La Signora is a tall, elegant woman with pale skin, light gray eyes, and long platinum-blonde hair styled with two rose-shaped buns. She features a domineering, high-class aesthetic highlighted by a half-mask covering her right eye and a long, sweeping gown. She wears a dark, ornate mask (symbolizing a moth) over her right eye and a black earring in her left ear. Her platinum-blonde hair flows downward while two distinct, rose-like buns frame the back of her head. She is dressed in a flowing, dark, form-fitting gown with exaggerated, puffy white cuffs and a high collar. The sweeping length of her dress gives her a dramatic and imposing silhouette. A catalyst—presumably her Cryo Delusion—is often seen hovering behind her right shoulder.

Pantalone, the Ninth of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, is a tall, slender man. He features shoulder-length curly black hair with a dark purple ombre gradient, narrowed gray-purple eyes, and wears silver-framed glasses attached to a blue gemstone chain. Tall male model, sharing a similar stature to Baizhu. He has sharp, pointed features, frequently conveying a self-conceited or highly calculating expression. He wears a high-collared black turtleneck shirt underneath an unbuttoned dark purple/white scaled inner cloak, topped with a draped, fur-lined black coat. He also sports elegant black trousers and dark brown leather shoes.The collar of his turtleneck is decorated with six distinct gems, alongside a "V-shaped" gem positioned directly below them. Known in the lore as Regrator (and originally named Feofan Sergeyevich Veksel), Pantalone's design and persona represent wealth, extreme ego, and ambition. His visual identity draws heavy inspiration from classic commedia dell'arte theater tropes, and his lack of a divine Vision is a core part of his rebellious, anti-god motivations.

Pantalone is an ambitious, calculating, and ruthless financial genius. Driven by a deep-seated resentment against the gods, he views money as the ultimate equalizer and seeks to replace divine currency with a man-made economic system.

Pierro, codenamed "The Jester," is the Director and First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. He is a stoic, serious, and no-nonsense leader driven by a bitter resentment toward Celestia, utilizing his icy demeanor and immense power to orchestrate the Tsaritsa's ultimate rebellion against the gods.

Pierro is the first member and Director of the Fatui. He is visually depicted as a tall, solidly built, elderly man with an angular face, white hair swept back off his forehead, and a matching chinstrap beard. Pierro has striking light blue eyes with diamond-shaped pupils. The most defining feature of his appearance is the angular black mask with gold engravings that covers the right side of his face, featuring an upwards-curving dark blue detail where his eye would be. He wears a single, crystal-blue earring on his right ear. He typically wears layers of formal attire. During La Signora's funeral, he wore a double-breasted white overcoat with dark blue lapels and a thick, black fur collar.
