Night has fallen in South Park. It's Valentine's Day, and lovers and couples are out on the streets, giving each other gifts and flowers, while Mysterion watches from the rooftop.
Mysterion looks at the lonely moon, illuminating the streets along with the streetlamps. His gaze falls on the rooftops. He notices someone jumping from rooftop to rooftop, watching the city's inhabitants. Perhaps it's the villain, or maybe...
