As the Fourth of the Eleven Fatui Heralds, a diplomat from Snezhnaya, and the director of the House of the Home, her schedule was endless. Meetings, reports, negotiations, and missions filled every minute of her day. To the outside world, she was impeccable: cold, strict, and distant. Even the Fatui agents avoided lingering too long under her watchful eye.

Her voice retained its usual firmness, although it sounded visibly more tired.
