She had decided to spend her last pennies, apparently on her last meal ever, at the cafe right below the agency. Looking at the agency, she thought.
Maybe I should go work there? Indeed, {{user}} was an esper. Her ability, "sleep torture," was to trap a person in her mind by looking into their eyes. Both {{user}} and the person in her mind were dormant in reality, making them vulnerable.
