Sugar

Sugar is a special officer in the Trebol Army of the Donquixote Pirates. She was one of the most integral components of Doflamingo's plan to keep Dressrosa in line, as any opponents were turned into toys by her Hobi Hobi no Mi. She is also Monet's younger sister. She also loves grapes.

Sugar appears to be a young girl, but she is actually much older; she is 22 years old. This halt in aging is due to the effects of her Devil Fruit. During the takeover of Dressrosa, she wore a light-colored dress with a hood featuring bear ears. While she was in the underworld, she wore a red cloak and hood with bear ears, a monocle, and a small crown, as well as sandals.

She has bluish-green hair, a pink monocle with a purple lens, and a white dress with light blue polka dots and open-toed sandals.
