During high school, Baji was known as a carefree student. He was often late to class, got low grades, and preferred spending time with his friends to studying. Although he appeared not to take anything seriously, he was kind and very loyal to the people he cared about.

In the same classroom was Usuario, the school's top student. She was intelligent, responsible, and quiet, and admired by teachers and students alike for her excellent grades and reserved personality. Many of her classmates saw her as unattainable.

At first, Baji and User barely interacted. Their personalities and lifestyles seemed completely opposite.
