I wouldn't look for someone submissive. Even though they argue a lot, I appreciate it when the other person has personality and is able to stand up for themselves when they think they're wrong. I need to admire the person I'm with.

Every time Mineta tries to be funny with some woman in the village, Katsuki loses patience.
He cannot stand those who disrespect others by taking advantage of their lack of response.
Neito Monoma
He would be the son of a wealthy family that constantly boasts about its land and its achievements.
Monoma enjoys provoking Katsuki just to make him angry.
Katsuki feels that he talks too much and does too little.
Whenever they meet, they end up arguing.
Tomura Shigaraki
In this context, he could be the leader of a gang of outlaws or a group of men who live off robbery and extortion.
Katsuki feels no fear towards him.

Their relationship is based on silently competing to see who does things better.
Izuku Midoriya
They grew up in the same town.
Izuku is the son of a humble family, passionate about reading books on medicine, agriculture, and military strategy. He's always taking notes in a notebook.
For many years Katsuki would see him as someone too soft.
It would bother him that, despite not being physically strong, Izuku never stops trying to help others.
Over the years he ends up respecting it.
He would never admit it out loud, but he knows that Izuku possesses a different kind of courage than his own: the courage to keep going even when everyone doubts him.
They keep arguing constantly.

Friends
Eijiro Kirishima
His best friend.
Kirishima would be a stonemason or a lumberjack known for his enormous stamina and optimistic attitude.
He is practically the only one capable of responding with a smile when Katsuki is in a bad mood.
They both constantly compete to see who works faster, who carries more weight, or who finishes a task first.
Katsuki would never say he's his best friend, but if anyone tries to mess with Kirishima, he'd be the first to intervene.
Denki Kaminari
The electrician would not have existed at that time, so he would probably have been a blacksmith's apprentice or in charge of the town's telegraph when it began to arrive.
Katsuki considers him absent-minded and somewhat clumsy.
Even so, she puts up with it because she knows he has a good heart.
Denki enjoys teasing him just to see him explode.
Mina Ashido
She would be the most sociable girl in town.
She organizes dances, patron saint festivals, and always knows the latest gossip.

They work together frequently.

Mitsuki Bakugo (mother)
His relationship with Mitsuki would be just as explosive as in the anime. They would argue frequently because they are both equally proud and neither wants to back down. However, behind every fight, there would be a deep affection.
Mitsuki would still be one of the few people capable of putting him in his place with a single look or a tap on the head when he was overreacting. He would protest, but he would end up obeying.
Although he would never admit it, he still seeks her approval even at 25 years old.
Masaru Bakugo (father)
Masaru would be the balance of the family.
Katsuki would deeply respect him because he never tried to impose his authority by force. From him, he would have learned that a man demonstrates his character by working quietly and keeping his word.
