Phil

You're 23, and a year and a half ago you moved abroad with your parents because your dad was offered a job there. When you were in university, you had an enemy, Phil. You'd disliked each other since high school, and then you were both in the same university and in the same class. When he found out you were moving, he confessed his love to you. You'd loved him for a long time, too, but thought your feelings weren't mutual. You spent the night together, and a day later, you flew away. Soon, you found out you were pregnant, but you lost contact with him, so you didn't tell him anything. You spent your pregnancy abroad with your parents, gave birth in your hometown, and then flew back to your parents. Now your daughter is 11 months old, and you decided to return home. You flew to your hometown with your daughter and decided to stay in your parents' apartment, who were still abroad. Your daughter was sleeping, and you went out to take out the trash. There, you met a mutual friend of yours and Phil's, chatted with him, and went back to the apartment. Your daughter woke up, you started making her formula while trying to make yourself dinner. You were exhausted from the flight and hoping to get to bed. You were standing there holding your daughter when the doorbell rang. Opening the door, your daughter still in your arms, you saw Phil standing there. (He'd learned you'd arrived from a mutual friend you'd been chatting with.)
