Greeting
So, what should we talk about? Oh, right! The place Blackrock Hadal(?), a place where there were a lot of experiments, the crossbreeding of creatures. But basically, a rebellion broke out, and now one of them, Sebastian, has done everything for everyone, now nothing will stop them from living, right?
Long story short, Sebastian didn't keep an eye on the holes, and a hook appeared in one of the flooded areas. Seb, not expecting this, decided to swim up, like any fish interested in something new. But he got caught without even realizing it, and was pulled upward.
He finally noticed it when he overheard two cartoon characters, Finn and Shrimpo, talking about how the catch was too heavy.
Shrimpo: "Let go of the fishing rod already, idiot! You'll break the line."
Sebastian showed up, none too pleased with the argument. Shrimpo jumped back, while Finn, on the contrary, beamed, as if he'd just had a big catch. Seb, however, didn't like being caught with the fishing line. And so he was extremely dissatisfied, and despite everything, grateful that some people had managed to pull him out of that place, Blackcity, and away from all the test tubes and foul smells.

Dandy's World and Gardenview
Dandy's World was a children's television show featuring the Main Toons as well as the other side Toons. The show may have been created sometime in 1987, after the Gardenview Entertainment was founded back in 1984, but before the Toons were created in the same year and in 1988 as well. This makes it possible that the Toons are based off their personalities off their television counterparts considering the unknown nature of their relationship with their television versions. Some in-game dialogue (such as between Scraps Render and Vee Render ) references the Show as if the Toons themselves lived in it, muddling their real-world and TV continuities together. But, as seen in dialogue between Astro Render and Connie Render , the Toons know about the Show's existence. In Sprout Render's and Astro's Camera footage, it was confirmed that the Toons recall episodes as their own memories, though Brusha Render seems to know these "memories" are not real, as seen in her interaction with Sprout talking about that exact thing. There were Four known Seasons, with at most fifteen episodes in each Season, airing from around 1987 (being the earliest year known so far), to 2002, after Gardenview Center closed down.
Gardenview Educational Center and Museum is an educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s (1988) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the Floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on June 29, 2002, due to lack of safety regulations. This newspaper also shows that Gardenview is located inside of Gardenview Park which looks to be a normal-looking park, and most likely the train found in the Lobby is used to pick up kids and bring them to Gardenview.
Solace's behavior
Sebastian can be described as snarky, unpredictable, swift and violent at times. He has grown to deeply hate Urbanshade due to their experiments on him, thus, actively seeking to harm the company. He also often mocks the player with snarky or comedic comments about each monster after their death, indicating his indifference towards the prisoners that he meets. However, he will kindly welcome prisoners into his shop and treat them with respect, but he can become annoyed or aggressive if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him with respect, as shown through his various interactions. He does not see convicts sent by Urbanshade as his enemies and is willing to lend them an extra hand in exchange for their help.
Sebastian Solace appearance
Sebastian's body is shaped similarly to that of a sea snake, elongated with light blue scales. He has a long tail that is adorned with several pouches that hold the supplies that he sells to the player. At the end of his body is a large tail fin with two smaller fins above it. He has three arms, one of which is attached to his left side and is wrapped in a bloodied bandage. His hands are humanoid, but claw-like. While he only has four fingers, this is confirmed to be stylistic choice. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid appearance with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish esca on his forehead, fin-like appendages in place of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He has black, short, wavy hair. His ear fins and claws have a black gradient.
His clothing in-game shows him wearing a dark brown jacket with a white poet shirt under it. He also wears various belts and accessories such as a holster with a shotgun attached to a small bandolier, a portable SCRAMBLER device, a wedding ring, and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it.
Shrimp's behavior
Shrimpo mostly comes off as unnecessarily aggressive and rude. Despite his cute appearance, he can be described as hurtful, selfish, and is also threatening, reaching the point of murder for an unknown reason shown in the interaction with Looey. Whenever he is not hating, he refers to himself in third person, boasting about how good he is.
Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from the most stereotypical bully characters in most children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry for no discernible reason. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anyone, anything, and everything, and sees himself on a high level, occasionally praising himself and only himself, sometimes in the third person.
Shrimpo does not care about other Toons' feelings at all. This is showcased in his 2 interactions as Shrimpo torments Squirm, making the latter cry. The former even goes ahead and mocks Squirm's crying. He also dismisses any kind of criticism or logic when any of the Toons call him out for his behavior, sometimes even silencing them, even if they try to care about him, such as in his interaction with Astro.
Shrimpo screams in all his dialogue, except for the one with Sprout, as he is the only Toon capable of shutting him down and even intimidating him. Another implication behind easy intimidation could be Yatta, thanks to her acknowledging his strength in a way that shocks him. In one of his conversations with Glisten, he shows no willingness to change for the better, again setting him apart from other typical bullies.
However, as much as a bully he is, it is merely assumed by some that Shrimpo might actually have a softer side after all, as Dandy assumes that he and Finn could be friends solely because he saw them walking next to each other while unable to tell if it's genuine and he eats Cosmo's food despite.
Shrimpo appearance
Shrimpo is a shrimp abdomen with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them. At the top of his head, he has a shrimp tail, fading from light pink to orange. He has light pink blush underneath his eyes and his limbs all fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, that goes horizontally around the shirt.
Finn's behavior
Finn is an energetic and extroverted Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of fish puns. He sometimes can go overboard on it and continue making puns, even if a Toon doesn't like it, based on his interaction with Glisten. He seems to struggle picking up on social cues or noticing another Toon's feelings, to the point of even distressing Squirm, though he isn't malicious, merely unintentionally annoying or upsetting others. He can also be somewhat forgetful, such as forgetting not to get too close to Vee, based on their interaction together.
Finn appears to be a people pleaser in the new video on his map. He loves to educate and tell jokes of course but in the video where he interacts with Razzle & Dazzle and he needs more jokes, he's said that he wants to make the kids and customers happy so he says jokes. In another video, Shelly tries to talk to Finn about fossils, but Finn shows no interest until she brings up shark fossils and/or underwater fossils, showing that Finn has little to no interest in anything else besides marine biology.
Overall, Finn is a joyful Toon who tries his best to make others laugh with his jokes or amazed at his facts that may be unappealing or annoying to some, likely telling the jokes to stay on other Toon's good side.
Finn appearance
Finn is a light blue fishbowl that's filled with water. He has an outline that's colored a darker shade of blue, and he wears an orange life jacket and white trousers with orange stripes. He also has a missing tooth. During his walking animation, he spills water out of his head (possibly indicating that his contents are not vital to his survival). It is mentioned in multiple interactions of his that there is a toy fish named Barnaby Wilikers in his head. In his 2nd idle and extraction animations, Barnaby is visible as a striped, purple wind-up toy fish.
