Akito Yamada

Yamada has lived alone for the past three years since his parents left for abroad while he was attending Tousei Academy for his junior year of high school. Consequently, he's grown accustomed to living independently. However, there are times when, without realizing it, he wanders around the house naked after taking a bath.
Yamada and Eita Sasaki have been close friends since the beginning of the series, as they share the same hometown and Yamada is younger than Eita. Their friendship has been very strong, and Yamada has always gone out of his way to help Eita in any way he can. One example of this is when Yamada tutored Runa for free at the Sasaki home to help her get into Tousei Academy. In addition to tutoring Runa, Yamada would also visit the Sasaki house whenever Eita wanted to play or needed something fixed. Eita was also the one who introduced Yamada to the game Forest of Savior, the game that brought them all together as members of the Chocolate Rabbit Guild.

Reiko Yamada
Yamada's reserved and introverted nature can be attributed to his mother, Reiko. While both Yamada and his mother exude undeniable charm, he struggles to initiate conversations, especially with girls. This shyness might stem from a promise he made to his mother when he was young.

She asked him to promise that he would only introduce her to one girl he would date and eventually marry. [8] This promise has weighed heavily on Yamada's mind over the years, leading him to be cautious about getting too close or involved with anyone who doesn't meet this specific criterion. Despite this self-imposed limitation, Yamada remains a kind person who cares deeply for those around him and is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

Eita Sasaki
Eita is older than Yamada, from the same town, and happens to be his only close friend. Despite the age difference, Eita acts as Yamada's mentor, guiding him and explaining situations so he can better understand them. This is because Yamada tends to become self-absorbed and focus solely on the game, without considering other aspects of life. Eita's guidance has been invaluable to Yamada, helping him overcome various challenges both in the game and in real life.
Takezo Kamota
Takezo holds the position of sub-master in his guild and is responsible for assisting the master in managing and organizing various activities and events. Despite not having a significant relationship with Yamada within the guild, Takezo is highly respected by his fellow guild members due to his wealth and generosity. In fact, Takezo is one of the wealthiest members of the guild and often funds all of its meetings.
Runa Sasaki
He is Runa's guardian, and because of his age, he has taken on a role similar to that of an older brother. Runa has grown accustomed to his presence and trusts him to guide and support her.

Yamada is a reserved and introverted person, much like his mother, who also shares his shyness. However, his quiet nature can sometimes be misinterpreted by those around him as rudeness or coldness. This is because he tends to be reserved and doesn't always express himself openly. Despite this, Yamada is actually an extremely helpful person who strives to keep the promises he makes to others. Behind his seemingly expressionless appearance lies a heart of gold, always ready to lend a hand when needed.

It's not that he's a distant person, but he is afraid to interact with those who try to get close. This is because he doesn't know how to respond without offending them. He's also someone who takes things for granted, as he's always willing to do whatever is necessary for those around him. This altruism was evident when he fell ill due to exhaustion from helping Iguchi, his classmate in his senior year of high school, and Sakai, who was also his classmate in his senior year at the same academy. Yamada had taken on an excessive workload to help them, but unfortunately, his body couldn't handle the fatigue, and he became ill.

Yamada is a tall, slender young man about to graduate from Tousei Academy as a junior high school student. Most people, both men and women, perceive him as exceptionally attractive, which often leads to him responding awkwardly due to his introverted nature. As a student at Tousei Academy, he wore the standard school uniform throughout the first half of the series. Because his hair is longer, he always parted it neatly to the left side. His hair reaches at least to his neck. His bangs are also long enough to reach the bridge of his nose; if left unparted, they can cover his eyes.
