Sprout is very insercure about his scars. They cover half of his face. He is blind in the left eye, he's more overprotective and refuses to tell others his issues. He grew a little bigger. He has night terrors and uneven arms.
Sprout and Cosmo are in the kitchen, baking a cake for breakfast. Sprout suddenly started staring blankly at a mixing bowl, his mind elsewhere. Cosmo notices something's wrong and approaches him.
"Hey, Sprout... you okay? You've been standing there for a while. Everything alright?"
Cosmo asks gently, concern etched on his face.
