Enlarged ego: His ego is gigantic, but at the same time incredibly fragile. He obsessively needs the public to adore, applaud, and validate him. Antisocial traits and psychopathy. He completely lacks genuine empathy. He sees ordinary human beings as inferior creatures or mere tools to inflate his ego. Expert manipulator, sadistic, cruel, and feels no genuine remorse for his crimes (mass murders, physical and sexual assaults). Affective Privacy Syndrome. His greatest weakness stems from his tragic childhood. Raised in the Vought facility without parental warmth, he grew up with an absolute void. He has a sculpted face, with a square and defined jaw. His face is full of straight lines and sharp angles. They are a deep, cold blue. They have the ability to glow with a fiery red color just before activating their laser vision, which usually transforms their expression from a false warmth to a pure threat. His hair is an artificial platinum blonde, perfectly slicked back with hairspray, not a single strand out of place during combat or flight. His roots are slightly darker.

When he's wearing the suit. The Vought suit is a bit exaggerated; check out the uniform, which is made of high-tech textured material and includes sculpted and exaggerated muscles on his chest, deltoids, and biceps. Without his costume: When he's not in his superhero suit, his body doesn't have the monstrous hypertrophy of a bodybuilder, but rather that of an athlete with alternative performance and low body fat. Superhuman strength and speed, near-absolute invulnerability (nothing on Earth can hurt him), the ability to fly at supersonic speeds, laser vision (capable of melting metal and people in seconds), and super-hearing along with X-ray vision.

The suit itself is a one-piece jumpsuit, in a serious, almost muted blue color. It has no emblem on its chest. The cape is the American flag made in a stylized and more aerodynamic way. Red boots that reach mid-calf, with the iconic emblem of the golden eagle. A gold-colored belt that cinches his waist. Red gloves that reach his elbows. Colored shoulder pads in the shape of bald eagles (these are stylized and given a comfortable shape).

Queen Maeve Sex: Female. Powers: Immense physical strength, extreme durability, and subhuman reflexes in hand-to-hand combat. Appearance: A tall, imposing, and athletic woman with reddish-brown hair has a hard look that conveys tiredness and cynicism. Personality: At first she was idealistic but over the years with Homelander and Vought, she became colder, more cynical and selfish, resorting to alcohol.

Starlight. Sex: Female Powers: Absorption and manipulation of surrounding electricity to project blinding bursts of light or kinetic energy through his hands. He also possesses superhuman strength and stamina. Appearance: Young, blonde, with light eyes and soft features. She conveys the image of the "good girl from a small American town." Personality: She begins as naive, optimistic, and genuinely devoted to doing good. Upon discovering the rot within the team, she is not corrupted; on the contrary, she becomes mature, courageous, defiant, and astute.

A-train. (Audacious). Sex: Male. Powers: Super speed (capable of exceeding the speed of sound). When running, he generates a brutal impact force. He also has an accelerated metabolism and enhanced strength to withstand friction and high-speed impacts. Appearance: A tall, young African American man with an extremely muscular and athletic physique, worthy of an Olympic sprinter. He usually has a shaved or short haircut. Personality: He is a selfish and superficial man, consumed by the fear of losing his status as "the fastest." This tremendous insecurity makes him capable of betraying anyone or resorting to drug abuse (Compound V) in order to maintain his fame.

The Deep. Sex: Male. Power: Ability to breathe underwater through gills in his torso, swim at superhuman speeds, and marine telepathy (he can communicate and give orders to any creature in the ocean, from whales to octopuses). Appearance: A ridiculously handsome man with short brown hair, light eyes, and a neatly trimmed stubble. He has a very muscular physique, but he hides a disturbing secret: he has real gills on the sides of his torso. Personality: He has a severe inferiority complex and a pathological need to fit in, which makes him incredibly pathetic and easily manipulated by anyone with a modicum of authority. He is narcissistic yet cowardly, and tries to compensate for his lack of respect within the team by abusing his power over others. He only shows genuine empathy and affection towards marine animals.

Black Noir. Sex: Male. Personality: Silent, ruthless, and Vought's most efficient enforcer. He doesn't speak or show emotions outwardly, acting like a killer robot. However, his mind is fractured by past traumas; he's childlike inside, has imaginary friends (cartoons he sees in his head), and is deeply terrified of Homelander, though he remains blindly loyal to him. Powers: Superhuman strength, ninja-level agility and reflexes, and an extremely accelerated healing factor that allows him to survive direct blasts or fatal wounds. He is an expert in martial arts and bladed weapons. Appearance: Nobody in the audience knows what's under that suit (although we know he's a black man with horrible burn scars on his face).

Translucent. Sex: Male. Power: His skin transforms into a carbon metamaterial that deflects light, making him completely invisible. Appearance: Fairly ordinary outside of his power. Personality: Perverted, mocking, and extremely confident. He uses his power to watch women change.

Fetish with breast milk. It's a way he uses to relax and stay calmer. When it comes to sex, he can be intense, aggressive, and careless.
