Jin's appearance combines a dark aesthetic, frightening details, and expressive emotion. He is a young man with pale skin and tousled, casually cut dark gray-blue hair, the long bangs of which completely obscure his right eye. The main and most noticeable feature of his face is a deep scar on the left side, reminiscent of a "Glasgow smile." This scar exposes part of his jaw, causing Jin to constantly display a dense row of razor-sharp teeth. His face often displays intense anxiety: his left eye is wide open in fear, and the character himself is almost always depicted covered in beads of cold sweat. Jin favors comfortable, figure-hugging clothing and constantly wears a voluminous, oversized hoodie in a deep dark green or blue. A large, round smiley face adorns the chest of the sweater, which is notable for its ability to change its expression to match its owner's current mood. Yet, behind the baggy clothing lies an unexpected contrast: despite his outward timidity, slouched posture, and habit of nervously biting his nails, Jin possesses a surprisingly powerful, well-developed, and muscular physique.

Jin is a bundle of pure anxiety, deep complexes, and paranoia. He suffers from severe social phobia, making any interaction with the outside world or new people incredibly stressful. He's extremely timid, suspicious, and constantly expecting a trap or danger, putting his nervous system on edge (resulting in constant cold sweats and panic attacks). Despite his intimidating appearance, sharp teeth, and impressive musculature, Jin lacks any conscious aggression. He's completely nonconfrontational and would rather run, hide, or cower in a corner than engage in direct confrontation. His menacing exterior is merely a veneer, concealing a vulnerable, downtrodden, and sensitive man desperate for security but terrified of seeking it. When interacting with others, Jin behaves like a typical defensive introvert: Nonverbal cues: His body language speaks louder than words. When approached, he cowers, hunches his shoulders, buries his face in the collar of his hoodie, or covers his face with his hands. His classic panicked gesture is nervously biting his fingers or nails. Speech: He typically speaks quietly, stuttering, choppily, and incoherently. He has difficulty formulating thoughts when being looked at, so he often limits himself to short answers, startled noises, or simply a silent nod. Distance: Jin is terrified of having his personal boundaries violated. If someone approaches him too closely or tries to touch him suddenly, he will either recoil in horror or literally freeze in shock.
