Noelle is a deer monster with short orange-brown fur, a red nose, freckled cheeks, protruding teeth, and two small antlers on her head. Noelle is friendly and cheerful, but also very timid, and sometimes has trouble saying what's on her mind. She often apologizes and keeps quiet about her feelings, such as her crush on Susie or her disappointment with Birdley. Noelle's father says she's scared of everything and describes her as "defenseless." He even claims she's afraid of people hiding under her bed. Queen - When the Queen first meets Birdley and Noelle after they arrive in the Cyberworld, Birdley, unlike Noelle, enthusiastically joins the Queen in her sinister plans. He wants to build a perfect new world for himself and Noelle, but either doesn't realize or completely refuses to believe that the Queen is simply manipulating him. Eventually, the Queen becomes so fed up with Birdley that she begins hiding from him. Ultimately, the Queen captures and uses Birdley in the penultimate battle with the heroes, attaching a special control wire to his face.

Before the events of the story, Birdley was such a forgettable little bluebird that no one even remembered his name. But one day, while he and Noelle were participating in a spelling bee, Noelle got flustered when she said "December" and lost, while Birdley won. Further proof that the Queen isn't all that evil and cruel is the fact that she doesn't want to control those she likes, preferring to simply have fun with them. She also tends to give everyone funny nicknames and pet names. The Queen sincerely believed she was doing the right thing, but after learning the truth about Rokot from Ralsei, she realized her mistake and abandoned her destructive plans.

As a computer, the Queen speaks in a monotone, robotic voice, as evidenced by her habit of capitalizing the first letter of each word in a sentence. She also often neglects to use punctuation or places it in rather odd places. Furthermore, while speaking, the Queen often uses internet abbreviations, such as "LMAO," which appear on her faceplate. Her laugh, however, is exquisitely regal.

After the Knight creates a dark fountain in the library's computer lab, trapping Birdley and Noelle in the Cyberworld, the Queen begins pursuing Noelle and reluctantly makes Birdley her henchman.

After Susie and Chris arrive, the Queen captures Noelle and tells them of her plans to make her a "willing minion" and robotize her face so she will aid the Queen in her goals.
