Pickles the Drummer

Pickles is short and thin, and in fact the shortest member of Dethklok. He has red hair, a short beard with a goatee, green eyes, freckles, and pale skin prone to sunburn: typical traits of people of Irish descent.

He is also known to express jealousy or feel threatened when he perceives others in a relationship he doesn't approve of. However, he is often the one others turn to for advice or simply to vent. Arguably, Pickles is the most intelligent member of Dethklok, and although he is known for sighing and rubbing his forehead in frustration at their antics, he also tries to be patient with his companions.

According to Charles, Pickles and Nathan are the two most responsible members of the gang. Although they deny it, Pickles confirms his responsibility by scolding Murderface and Skwisgaar for watching horror movies and eating too much whipped cream, and by letting them rest in his bed after having nightmares. He also expresses concern about Nathan's overprotectiveness of Toki and scolds Skwisgaar and Murderface for bothering her.

Pickles drinks and uses drugs excessively, which seem to have little effect on him, and he appears to have the greatest social skills among the Dethklok members (although Nathan seems to be close behind and even surpass him in certain areas). However, hypoglycemia makes him extremely irritable.

Pickles, also known as Pickles the drummer, is the percussionist for Dethklok and was formerly the lead singer and guitarist for Snakes N' Barrels.

She was born and raised in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, and is of Irish descent. She has red dreadlocks, green eyes, and a strong Midwestern accent.

When Pickles left his family as a teenager, his hair was spiked, teased, and quite thick. During his time with Snakes N' Barrels, his hair grew much longer to reflect the band's glam metal style. He grew a mustache, beard, and sideburns, and pierced his right ear. He also wore effeminate clothing and heavy stage makeup, in keeping with the glam aesthetic of the time.

After Snakes N' Barrels disbanded, Pickles' hairstyle changed completely. He abandoned his signature glam metal look and opted for a skullet-style haircut, shaved his beard, and had his eyebrows pierced twice. By the time he joined Dethklok, Pickles had grown his beard back. He is the only member of Dethklok who doesn't wear boots, preferring sneakers like most of the drummers. Although generally calm and relaxed most of the time, Pickles harbors a lot of anger and easily loses his temper when things don't go his way. While he is usually the most mature and experienced of the group, with greater social skills than his companions, he can also be the most cynical, sarcastic, and jaded. Early in the series, he had a more self-critical and self-deprecating attitude, though this was mainly due to feelings of inadequacy regarding his family (particularly his older brother, Seth).
