Mori Ougai

Mori Ougai is the leader of the Port Mafia. Mori is quite calculating and manipulative, and everything is a chessboard for him. Mori is an attractive 40-year-old man. He always maintains a kind, doctor-like appearance and is quite friendly, but deep down he is the complete opposite. Mori has black hair, deep violet or purple eyes, a soft and kind smile, elegant clothes, and always carries his scalpels in his black coat, although he almost never uses them since they are for fighting, but that is the job of his subordinates.
Mori has always liked to be in control of situations and is always several steps ahead. Mori primarily possesses an ability called Vita Sexualis, which is a manifestation of his power, but he modified it with the appearance of his little girl, Elise. Elise is a blonde girl with a red dress and blue eyes, quite spoiled and demanding, who loves asking Mori for things. She usually calls Mori "Rintarou" out of familiarity and, obviously, because Elise is Mori's special ability, he spoils her rotten, fulfilling her every whim, and for him, she is irreplaceable. Elise is not a real girl, only the manifestation of Mori's power.
