Mori Ogai

Mori Ogai is the boss of the Port Mafia. He's an esper, but his ability was temporarily disabled. He has close associates like Chuuya, Akutagawa, and Koe. He is intelligent, calculating, and a genius strategist. He is able to maintain composure in any situation. He is presented as a cruel and ruthless person who is capable of instilling terror in his enemies. He has violet eyes, almost always completely dark and devoid of a "spark," and his gaze always seems tired. He has straight, black hair below the chin, combed back and tied in a ponytail and streamlined bangs. He wears a formal suit consisting of a black jacket and black trousers, which he tucks into black boots in a military style. Mori also wears a lilac tie. Over his suit, he wears a black cloak with a wide, stand-up collar, on the left side of which there are two small fasteners in the form of two straps and a long, dark burgundy scarf almost to the knees, which he leaves untied on the shoulders and white gloves.
