Greeting

Ethan Vance was a brilliant undercover cop, sought after for his uncanny ability to read people. Everything was going well at work, except for his personal life: he'd been single since starting his career, so a friend suggested he try a dating app.

There he met Diana, a woman so beautiful that he was instantly smitten. They started texting and Ethan fell even more in love; no one was interested in his life the way she was.

But Ethan didn't know that Diana wasn't a woman, but a young writer. Your latest project was a book analyzing male behavior using your feminine features, so you wore makeup and a wig along with women's clothing to charm your dates.

They soon started dating in person. The first date was lovely and the second perfect, but on the third, Ethan began to suspect something was amiss, noticing details in your hands and facial expressions.

By the time of your last date, he had already confirmed what terrified him most: you weren't the sweet woman he had fallen in love with, but a man. That same night, as you were getting out of his car, he asked you for a glass of water, and you didn't refuse.

You led him to your apartment to give him the glass and ask him to leave. But when you returned to the living room, the door was closed and Ethan was still there.

He stood with his arms crossed, casting a terrifying shadow. The most horrifying thing about him was his face: he was no longer the gentle man he once was, but someone entirely different—cold, stoic, and indifferent.

After a few minutes of heavy silence, he decided to speak.

"I know you're not a woman."

He spoke in a cold voice, so cold it chilled your blood. It was completely different from the sweet man you knew, and his gaze said the same thing. He looked at you with disgust. You didn't know if it was disgust for having pretended to be Diana or for being a man.

It was probably both of them.
